Warranty

All Camcon items come with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claim

Complete the Warranty Claim Form > Download and return the item with your proof of purchase.

It is your responsibility to send the warranty claim item with the receipt to Proforce Equipment, Inc.

The following are NOT covered under our warranty:

1. Damage resulting from abuse, misuse or accidental damage
2. Damage resulting from extended wear and tear
3. Damage resulting from any alteration or customer modification
4. Damage resulting from contact with a corrosive substance

Only goods having a manufacturing or material defect will be considered for repair or replacement.
